Milk Collection and Initial Testing
At Nadika Dairy, we prioritize quality from the very first step of our process. Our milk is sourced from trusted suppliers and our dedicated milk collection centers. At these centers, we conduct individual assessments for each supplier, measuring both milk quantity and fat content. Once the collection is complete, the milk is transported to our state-of-the-art processing plant.

- Solids-Not-Fat (SNF) levels
- Acidity
- Methylene Blue Reduction (MBR) test
- Glucose content
- Urea levels
- Temperature
Processing Steps
To guarantee the highest quality product for human consumption, our milk goes through several critical processes:
- Clarification
- Homogenization
- Standardization
- Pasteurization
Final Quality Control
Before packaging, we conduct a final round of tests to ensure that every product meets our stringent quality standards and contains the precise ingredients listed on our packaging.

Milkoscan
- Purpose: Analyzes milk composition
- Measures: Protein, sugar, and fat content
- Process Time: 30-35 seconds per sample
Density Meter
- Purpose: Measures solids-not-fat (SNF) content
- Standard: Maintains SNF levels at 8.5% or higher
Milk Chiller
- Function: Rapidly cools milk to preserve quality
- Process: Chills milk to 4°C using a stainless-steel plate system
- Capacity: Approximately 3000 litres per hour
Milk Pasteurizer
- Purpose: Extends milk shelf life while preserving nutritional value
- Process: Heats milk to 80°C, then rapidly cools to 4°C
- Method: Utilizes alternating hot and cold water flows
Milk Homogenizer
- Function: Ensures uniform fat distribution and improves milk appearance
- Process: Breaks down fat particles using high-pressure
- Additional Benefit: Reduces the yellowish tint in milk
Cream Separator
- Purpose: Isolates fat from whole milk
- Application: Used in the production of various milk fat content products
